By accessing or using any services provided by Hechosoft ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including but not limited to DepsDown, Colandry, and any other products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

Hechosoft provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) products designed to help developers and businesses. The specific features and functionality of each service are described on their respective websites.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

Some of our services require payment. By subscribing to a paid service, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider, Paddle.

4.2 Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods unless required by law

4.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our prices. We will provide notice of price changes and they will take effect at the start of your next billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
  • Use automated means to access our services without permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Hechosoft and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process that content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HECHOSOFT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hechosoft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where Hechosoft is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
